I’ve been considering buying an optometry practice to invest in my future.  I really want to be my own boss and I have some great ideas for growing a successful practice.  With this letter I would like to know more about areas of your practice that I find valuable.
In what ways is your practice growing?  To be more specific, have you converted to paperless or will I have to spend time and energy researching software, finding the finances to support this cost, and training staff on new technology?  Do you have a website that hits the top 10 on Google search?  Is your practice interacting with patients on Facebook or do you continue to print newsletters?  Is your staff excited about new technology or will I have to teach them?  Is the projector chart considered a staple in your practice?
I appreciate your consideration of my concerns and inquiries regarding the potential purchase of your practice.  I’m excited about what the future holds for me in owning an optometry business.
