>It’s an age old discussion of practice owners.
Do I wait until I’m so busy I can’t breathe to add another doctor so I can pay for the doctor?
OR
Do I hire another doctor to grow the practice and then my investment in the doctor will pay later?
The conservative investor would lean towards the “get very busy” and the risk taker would hire to grow. The answer lies in the long term effects. When time is available for the leader to lead then the practice will mature, patients will get great care, and the wheel gets harder and harder to stop.
