We don’t claim to have all the answers, neither do we have a magic pill for making my practice run smooth, but we do have 8 years of experience learning and applying management skills. For those of you skeptics that just read that and thought, yeh, everyone has “experience” but not all experience is worth listening to, your right. You’ll have to decide for yourself. Only you can figure out what great advice is, but during the process a little insight never hurt.
