>Associate Agreement (part 3)

>There have been many requests for sample optometry associate agreements.  Hopefully the past two blog posts and this third one have outlined a currently working agreement that can be tailored and used for most any optometric practice.  My hope is that open source information will continue to encourage the family of optometry to work with each other to make our profession better.

The last page of the optometry associate agreement should outline what will occur if the relationship is successful and also if the relationship should be dissolved.  Clear communication results in less confrontation and a better long term relationship.

    I am adding a doctor to my practice for the first time in 19 years. I want to make sure the I am covered and that I am also being fair to the Associate (future partner).
